Our Nubian Herd
Each member of our herd is chosen for excellent dairy traits, sound conformation, and wonderful temperament. All of our original goats were purchased from Goatilicious LLC in New Braunfels, Texas. These are the foundation of everything we do at Fowlkes Family Farm.
Brie
First FreshenerDisbudded Nubian first freshener currently in milk, producing about 1.5 quarts per day. Sired by Patronum (black with a white poll spot) out of Belle (roaning with frosted ears).
Raven
First FreshenerDisbudded Nubian doe, our little princess goat who looks just like a baby deer. Sired by Ravenclaw (black with black ears) out of Aramis (brown with frosted ears).
Nova
First FreshenerDisbudded Nubian doe and the most loving goat on our homestead. Sired by Game of Thrones (brown with a broken white saddle band and frosted ears).
Thunder
Herd SireOur disbudded Nubian herd sire. Sired by Game of Thrones (brown with a broken white saddle band and frosted ears) out of Flower (white spotted black doe).
Twix
CompanionA true darling. Our disbudded Nigerian Dwarf wether who keeps Thunder company on the homestead.
